Two arrangements
A share of the income, or a fixed rent
Percentage management
You receive a share of the income every month. Best if you want the most from the house.
Guaranteed rent
You receive a fixed rent, even when the house is empty. Not available for every property.
Decided after the inspection
We choose based on the property, the area and what you actually keep.
Questions from owners abroad
Do I need to travel to Italy to get started?
No. We inspect the house for you, then send photos, an estimate and a proposal. We'll work out signatures together in the simplest way.
Where do I pay tax?
Generally, income from a property in Italy is taxed in Italy, even if you live abroad. You may also have to report it where you live, usually with a tax credit. Please check with a tax adviser.
Do I need an Italian tax code?
Yes. The national CIN registration also needs SPID or CIE digital ID. If you don't have them, we'll talk about it before starting.
How much will it earn?
After the inspection we give you an estimated range, based on what you keep. We don't promise occupancy or income before seeing the house.
Can I still use the house when I come back?
Tell us at the start if you need it for summer or the holidays, and we'll take that into account when choosing the arrangement.
